This great cel of Asuka is a reproduction cel.   It is hand painted, I believe it to be also fan made.  Gainax should hire the artist, because it is a very detailed cel!

Obviously this is one of the official Eva reproduction cel of Rei.  It is machine made but that doesn't matter.  Rei's smile is a great thing to behold!
